I posted this back in June,,,,

I drove the coach today so I could put a charger on the aft batteries. It
fired right up, drives and stops straight, accelerates quite well. I have
to go back in the next day or two to put some gas in it and return it to the
RV storage lot in her complex.
The clear coat on the black finish is peeling in places but other than that
this is one fine coach. If anyone is interested in specific systems or want
me to look at specific items now is the time.

I do believe you can get this one for $18,000.

Cheers,

Len and Pat

Netters,

There is a 1976 GMC Glenbrook for sale in Oceanside California due to the
passing of it’s owner and his spouse has decided to sell it.  It is in
excellent condition, most of the work done by Bob Lamey, and if interested
I’ll email the pics and spec sheet to those that respond.  I have seen it,
looked it over quite well, everything works, has many upgrades.  This is one
you can drive away right after you buy it.   I’ll answer as many questions
as I can.

Cheers,

Len and Pat

You told me about this coach quite a while ago. It originally belonged to
golfer, Jack Nicklaus, Palm Beach, FL.

Remember it now, Mr G?

He might find newer and bigger new stuff; but, he is not going to find better. He may look a little and realize that and be smart enough to stay where he is if someone doesn't grab it too quickly. Just wish this had come along before I spent all my money on others. (vbg) It is a beautiful work of art.

Mike,

Re " For short term exposure I like GMC MI or GMC Classics - I believe both
sites are free if you belong."

Apparently, not so for Classics members any longer. 'Learned at Tucson that
a Classics member wanted to exercise his right to free advertisement of his
GMC at the Classics website but was directed to a site where he was charged
a $100 fee. He was reportedly "furious" about this as he could have placed
his ad at the GMCMI site at no cost. 'Have not had no time to verify other
than to find that when clicking on "For Sale by Owner and Items Wanted" at
the Classics website, it links you to some site not associated with GMC
Classics (maybe the Classics site has been hijacked?). We're off to Europe
as soon as we get off the road from Tucson - so maybe you can find out what
is going on when a member attempts to place an advertisement at the Classics
website. 'Will also BCC this to you, Burt Doucette (president) and Dot
Phillips (treasurer)...

To Bill S.:
For short term exposure I like GMC MI or GMC Classics - I believe both sites
are free if you belong.
For long term exposure I use Bethune's site - that charge ranges around
$150.00 but your coach stays listed till sold - even if it takes years.
Good Luck w/ selling your coach!
