For sale is a complete rolling, rust free chassis, including a running engine, transmission, wheels & tires with 53,000 miles on it. The frame is rust-free because the coach spent its entire life in the southwest. The tires all have deep tread and hold air, but are all too old to be roadworthy. The engine starts easily and has good compression w/ 60+ pounds of oil pressure. The radiator does not leak, and the coolant is clean and bright green. When the body was still attached, the transmission shifted nice and smooth. The transmission fluid is still clean & bright red. Would consider separating drive train from chassis and selling chassis only. Please call Darren at 719-207-2146. Call or text.

I assume it is a chassis from 26 foot coach.

While not something that I'd do, it would be an interesting idea to buy the chassis (w/o motor) and send to Mani to install the all the suspension upgrades and his new motor. Then have it shipped to your location to have your current coach body swapped to it. A great idea for a rust belt coach with nice interior and paint.

Just what I was looking for!! A year ago....

Sorry we didn't connect then. I bought a whole good coach with a dead engine instead...

My plan is to pull the chassis and upgrade everything to make a reliable coach for retirement in a couple of years.

Your making my palm itch...

How much are you asking for this chassis?

I apologize for the confusion; In my haste I guess I left a few details out... Embarassed

It's a 1976 26' Transmode w/ a 455. Price is $750 for the chassis w/o the drive train (I'll remove it for you) or $1,500 for everything.

UPDATE: The engine and transmission are SOLD. Someone made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

The rolling chassis is still available.
