Maybe a silly question, how do you get the bumper hitch through the bumper?
Do you have to have a hole drilled? What kind of a shop does that?

Kind of straight forward mark the hole to be cut with a marking pen remove the bumper halves cut it the cheap way with a hack saw if you can cut a strait line drill the corners,Use a cutoff saw or plasma cutter if you have one,etc.
