This thread has been derailed and should be returned back to the original topic.
Mark, you have a good air bag option for keeping the GMC coach on the road for years to come. I look forward to reading how your system performs.

Rob: Excellent metaphor.
Jerrod: Hang on.
I, too, used to get frustrated by wandering from topic and the lack of
initiative to change the subject lines. However, Rob's metaphor is on
target. The more you read of these posts over time the more you begin to
understand the contributors and their various levels of expertise,
knowledge, wisdom, and senses of humor. When that happens the GMCNet takes
on a new life for you as many of the folks become your friends via text.
To your point (and Gene's), it would be wise to change the subject lines
when things drift but we're all free spirits in some way and that may not
happen as you think it should. And, somewhat like you, perhaps, I was used
to technical forums such as what we had internally at Apple -- we stuck to
the subject matter and didn't wander because we didn't have the time to do
so since technical matters were effecting recent or potential sales of
systems.

This place is like a bunch of guys sitting around a pot bellied stove out in
the country side somewhere.
Someone "says" something in an email that sparks a thought or memory in
someone else and off we go down that track.
Every now and then someone comes along and notes what you have noted but in
never happens.
The wandering all over God's green acres is part of the fun and charm of
this place.
The way it is is the way it is!

I wouldn't store the coach with deflated bags regardless of the type. I'd
rest the frame on something and then deflate the bags freeing the
suspension to just be there and not bear weight.
Those of us with airbags on our DPs know to do that (or should). It makes
sense for a GMCer, too (which is what I always did).

Byron,
Thanks!
Did the news in Louisville mention the Aussie that lives there who was
arrested for putting a collar bomb on a teenager here in Sydney?
It was a fake bomb but scary for her as it took something like 10 hours for
the bomb squad to make sure it was bogus before they could take it off.

Mike,
I goofed AGAIN!
Byron lives in Louisville. He responded to this thread and when I saw his
address in his message I got the idea to ask him this question. I copied his
email address out of the From... block in the incoming message but forgot to
paste it into To... block of my outgoing message.
