Looking for a used 16" Alcoa to use as a spare on my 23' Sequoia. I'm hoping to save about 1/2 the price (or more if possible!) of a new one.

Nope, driving without a spare is a real bummer. I called Jim K in CA and he said he'll try to find me one but it doesn't look promising.

Would it hurt anything to use the old 16.5 as a spare? Looks could be covered.

I bought an "Eagle" Wheel from Jimmy K to use on spare. They are far enough apart and around the corner that you can't "at a glance" see the difference. Down side is that you have to carry another set of lug nuts and socket to fit the nuts, because they are different than the Alcoa nuts. JWID and works for me....

I Run Alcoas on the front and Eagles on the rear. Cannot really notice it unless you know what you are looking for.

I have LTS/034 star style...
