Hey y'all I'm new to the site and Motor homing as well. We are looking to buy our first motor home and a good friend who is a machinist and a very good diesel mechanic said if he hadn't have inherited his Airstream he had plans to buy a GMC motor home, with a diesel power plant.

I'm here to get some advice from the folks that matter, owners of the one recommended.

We recently retired and are planning to winter in warmer climates but also want to travel the USA so will initially be living in the motorhome until we find housing we want and then retire the motorhome to traveling probably 4-5 long trips per year.

ANY INPUT would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks loads,

Jim & Suzanne

Jim,
If you are interested enough to go to Illinois to get a fantastic package, a long time member of this group has been forced off the road by medical issues. I got to see his coach and towd at DuQuoin and was most impressed.

Note to GMCnet:
Can someone direct give James directions to Arch's?

Matt

We have a coach in CA. It is a 23' Transmode and a cute rig. It has many upgrades and cool stuff.
