After much soul searching I've come to the conclusion that I can't keep two motorhomes. The EdgeMonte is mighty nice but just not large enough for us.

So I'm offering it for sale - and offering it here first.

Here's the story:
1976 Edgemonte
Dry Bath Rear Twin Beds 81,xxx miles on the clock.

The motor was rebuilt - as near as I can tell it has about 25,000 miles on it. It starts and runs very well - possibly a bit rich but this is thin air. It passed Colorado Emissions. The transmission seems to be working well - shifts smoothly. I drove it home about 35 miles and it performed well. Steering was smooth - no noticable wander.

The brakes are a tad spongy but work ok. The emergency brake does not seem to be working.

The suspension works well.

All the appliances work. The refrigerator is a 3 way - I've tested it on 110 and gas. I have a new Progressive Dynamics 60 amp converter coming - should be here today or Monday - and with that I can test 12 volt on the 'fridge.

There is a single roof air unit which works.

The Onan 6 KW runs. I have a carb kit coming as the float needle wasn't seating properly. Should be here early next week. The PO spent over $1,500 on the generator in the early 90's. The coach hasn't had more than about 15,000 miles put on since then. The generator has about 1,400 hours on it.

The plumbing system works properly both on city water and on the pump. The electric water heater works well.

Except for the front seats, the upholstery is nice. The upholstery on one of the bed cushions could be nicer but it's ok. I just had all the upholstery and carpet professionally cleaned.

The headliner shows no indication of a roof leak.

There are two awnings - a large one on the curb side and a small one on the off side over the kitchen window area. Both have good frames and rollers - the fabric will need to be replaced.

The windows all need new seals. The windshields are edge fogged - the passenger windshield has a crack on the right side.

The tires are 16.5's on steel rims and while they have good tread they are old. Very old.

The dash air isn't working - the fan runs on low but not medium or high.

That's about it...if you have questions please ask - I can send photos.

My email address is Finboats@Gmail.Com
My phone number is 303 918 9445

I'm asking $4,900 OBO
