looking for one of those to upgrade my existing switch which does not have a hobbs meter on it, actually I cannot find an hobbs unit on my genset, so im guessing the PO removed it and never reinstalled it.

please PM me if you have a unit you would like to get rid of... Smile

I am not sure if it was an option or not but most early coaches do not have the meters. My '73 doesn't.

Many of the early and most of the GM fit 23s did not seem to have running time meters on the APU. You do not need the whole panel, just a 12v DC hour meter. New, they can be had for 25~30$ (even Grainger has for >25). Used with small hours (do you care?) they are often around for ~10. Just be sure to by the low dc volt version. It gets wired right across the red light in the control switch.

How soon do you need one? I have two, one used, one new. That being said I may not be home till June-July but could be sooner if the work dries up. Shipping should hopefully be reasonable, I am in Canada but could ship when running across line to pick up parts. Let me know. Also intermitent internet as must goto town but will get back to you.
