Has anyone had to replace the big L-shaped foam block set inside the ceiling housing on their original Duo-Therm AC unit? Dometic tells me its part number 3310726.009, but on their website, it looks like something the size of a matchbox. Any thoughts? My unit spits out foam chunks when I turn it on...

Probably all the foam that is glued to the inside of the cover. Before I converted my coach to ducted AC I took my cover off and hosed the foam all off, then cleaned all the glue off. That stuff dried out and became powder. They are a bit louder without the foam. Just what I did.
