Ken H. posted a note about a GMC for sale in Grand Forks ND, with the subject line: '78 -- $4000 (May be frozen)

===================
Ken, I'm sure it is. Frozen, that is. When I worked for Duo-Therm I had a service call in ND, and it was -32°F the first morning. The sun was shining all day, and it got up to -12° that day. That was in December.

I remember I had to work on the metal chimney cap, and I didn't dare touch it with bare fingers.

Erv Troyer Lagrange, IN (where it is 36°F)
74 Sequoia
77 Birchhaven (for sale)

I don't even like to THINK about that kind of temperatures! It's 51*F
outside right now so I'm debating whether to even make the 100 yard
after-lunch journey back to my heated shop. :-)

Say, when did you come up with the Birchaven -- first I've notice you
mentioning it.
