As-is, where-is. Strong 455 and transmission, 3.21 final drive, aluminum radiator, all tires replaced 2015, 7 Alcoas, Manny Reaction arm braking system, 6 wheel disc brakes (2014 Manny rear disk installation), Alex Ferrara steering overhaul. One new roof air (2015) and one older, but well working unit. Semi-decent dash air with auxiliary evaporator and blower mounted behind the driver's seat. New microwave 2015. New macerator 2015. Both mufflers replaced and the metal shield was in place. PO said there are Wallace bearings on the front hubs and extra capacity gray tank.

Worn, but usable interior. OEM furnace in good condition and vented catalytic heater mounted on wall. Screen door. Mac McNeil dash. Fiberglass storage boxes behind both bumpers. Roof pod.

Needs: small body repairs here and there and probably paint. Usual road dings and one T skirt does not match. Onan runs good but leaks oil despite PO's best efforts. Bumper in rear is slightly askew. Powerlevel II is currently disconnected but one pump, PO believes will fix things. Currently, it holds perfectly with schrader valves. Coach has a small rust hole in the usual place on chassis - passenger side under the battery.

Dinette has been converted to a jackknife sofa for sleeping. Double permanent bed in back.

This coach belonged to Bill and Jo Telgen for many years. It was upgraded mechanically, if not aesthetically. Bill was an expert mechanic (retired Delta Airlines mechanic) and the condition of the coach shows. The Telgens were co-founders of Dixielanders.

To recap, this coach has updates both inside and out. New tires 2015, new roof air 2015, reaction arm braking with 6 wheel disc brakes 2014, Mac Dash, 4 sources of Air Conditioning, new microwave 2015, 7 Alcoas, has had the Alex Ferrara magic steering treatment, Mechanically excellent. Cosmetically, worn but usable.

Backstory: In January, 2016, I bought it sight-unseen based on its known history via GMCNET and at several Dixielander and Southern Statesmen rallies -- all confirmed many times over by members I've come to trust; Stick, Kerry, Ken H, Johnny B, & Dan M, to name a few. PO & wife kindly/graciously delivered the Eleganza to Charleston, SC --7hrs drive-- in March, 2016. They made it without mechanical problems, as expected of this coach. So far, I've spent maybe 10 minutes in the coach when PO dropped it off at my son-in-law's company's storage yard. Unfortunately, I became chronically ill and it has sat there ever since. The above ad is a recompiled version of the PO's on GMCNET, as I have no direct knowledge of the coach.

<added>
The coach has been sitting in Charleston for 4 years and, AFAIK, has not been started by my son-in-law. Given the solid history if this coach, I'm not expecting trouble re-starting it or even moving it for short distances. THAT SAID, it will be a 'recovery' operation and has been priced to reflect that. The biggest concern is replacing the old gasoline. It's going to need a new battery. And the tires are ageing out and should be replaced before undertaking a long drive.
Due to its storage location graciously provided by the factory owners and my inability to easily travel to meet buyers, my preference is for the buyer to quickly remove it via rollback and minimize inconveniencing or disrupting my host's business.
