This is an update
The RADAR is not able to follow the hurricane in the Carribean, however the
Satelite image sees it well.

This is an Storm Chasers Radar Weather Map
You can find just about any area in the US
If there are Storm Chasers out and they are STREAMING, you can click on them
and watch their streaming videos. IF they are STREAMING, you will see green circles
around the car.

Might be useful if you are in a storm or trying to keep out of one.
