Armand,
Follow the rod down to the swithd, there you'll find slotted holes holding
the switch, loosen and move up or down.

After scotching the coach and making sure the shifter linkage and bushings are in the detents correctly cut the key on without engine running and put transmission lever in reverse. Adjust switch by loosening 2 screws and moving sideways till backup lights are on solidly and tighten screws. Check for starting in neutral and park only.

You read Chucks directions and they are spot on. After everything is set up correctly loosen to screws and with the engine not running move the switch slightly until the back up lights turn on. I do it after dark so I can see them on from inside the coach.
I actually have mine adjusted so if I hold up on the gear shift in reverse I have back up lights and if I hold down I have no lights. I did this because I have some super bright LED back up lights and do not want to blind someone or bother someone in a campground late a night.
It is a 5 minute job to adjust the switch when everything else in the gear shift linkage is set up correctly.
