It was a Harley rumbling down University Avenue in Halifax at Lunch time.
Today is February 15th and this is Nova Scotia..there is no snow and hasn't
been most of the winter from what I gather, and none in the forecasted
future.....

Go Figure !

Lucky you!!!! Quite the different story here in Montreal where we've had far more snow than anytime over the past 30 years. The city's snow dumps are full, and officials are scratching their heads about where to put the next storm's white stuff when they do the next clearing operation.
