Selling my 1975 Eleganza II - I mentioned in a prior post back in August that I was hoping to make it a restoration project, but I haven't been able to give it the time/attention and would love for someone else to be able to appreciate it! I've sadly never even taken it on an overnight trip. Purchased in August of 2016 for a film project, it was used once, then in my electrician's hands for about 9 months while he worked on it off and on, and its been in storage in an outdoor Aqua Dulce lot since August of 2017. The two times I've driven it, it ran great, and the two mechanics who've done any works on it said the same - they were shocked at the drive/how good of a condition the engine is in, which I was told has less than 80k original miles on purchase. I've listed it on craigslist but most of the people looking are looking for something for Coachella - and I'd rather it go to someone who's an enthusiast for the specific coach and will take care of it! I sent in my registry info and have the ownership history - tags are also current for California. Looking for what I paid for it plus cost of repairs that have been done - $9850. Email for more pics or questions or to check it out.
Thanks!

Here's whats been done:

Upon purchase 07/16 had:
New refrigerator - runs on propane and electric
New energy efficient roof AC unit
New tires (it's been stored outside though so maybe need checked!)
Original Onan gennie starts but won't draw power/or power house (after many repair attempts this was replaced, alas)
New toilet - still never used!
New brakes
New batteries

10/16-12/16
Replaced Fuel pump
Replaced Fuel lines
New Engine batteries
New House batteries
New Oil cap
New extended exhaust pipe (6') to deal with fume problem in back of RV
Changed Engine oil
Roof resealed for leakage
Rear window replaced (broken) (this was due to the production - if you're interested, it's called XX and it's on Amazon Prime, the section with the GMC is about 20 min in -we threw someone through that rear window!)

01/17-08/17 (in work yard/stored entire time)
New headlights and taillights and rewired electric
Generator: Replaced Onan generator, added new control board, oil and air filters changed, tune up, fuel hose, electrical box and wiring, electrical remote pigtail, exhaust down pipe, wood and metal supports added to fit compartment
Windows removed & new seals installed on all windows and reglued stationary glass
Replaced upper running lights front and back, rewired
Solar system: installed 200 watt system
2500 watt inverter/remove panel on/off switch installed
Resealed water tank (custom end plate built & adhesive bond to cracked tank, new sensor installed.)
New water pump
New ladder installed
Seatbelts installed in front bucket seats
Interior electrical checked and rewired/replaced where needed
2 roof top max air vents installed
Front driver seat window replaced
New battery isolator & aux. battery cables

08/17 - Current
In outdoor storage yard in Aqua Dulce - I have noticed the spare tire on the back is cracked from the sun, but the main tires have been in the shade.

And here's the ownership history:
165v101189
Butts Pontiac-Cadillac dealer, Seaside, CA
Bohlander, Fred W / Weaver, Dan J 75-82 original owners
Lizardi, Benito O, CA 82-84
Bradford, Doug O & Sandee L, Gardena, CA 84-05/16
And I've held it since then, and its been driven about 150 miles in that time.

And here are known needed repairs/issues:
-air bag system: automatic system disconnected - can fill/release at the airbags themselves though. Needs a compression fitting.
-vents for ac/heat in front work sporadically - can't tell if heat or if its just air
-there are no speakers or sound system
-roof and sides of interior vinyl peeling/cracked - this needs replaced (its all original)
-needs seats re-upholstered & most likely carpet replaced (its all original)
-front windows have some frosting at edges (around 2 inches all around)
-The awning is there, but it is missing one of the awning arms
