Guys, have a annoying leak at the couplink between the oil pump and the radiator. Tried to tighten it and it just won't stop its leaking. Is there something like a copper washer at that connection I might try to get it to stop? Any suggestions welcome

There are copper cupped washers that fit. Check JmK.

Those are ordinary flare fittings which should not require copper washers.
But sometimes they do. Here's how I've made my own washers when commercial
ones were not available:

Someone will probably pipe up with a commercial source -- likely an HVAC
supplier.

I found with the stainless replacement hoses, which have very hard stainless fittings, the copper washer is just about a requirement. J>R> carries a box of them. W.W. Grainger has them among other places. They're inexpensive. Here's where I got them - I bought several sizes:
