Morning,

the keeper of my 26' Eleganza is currently doing some work in the heat
of Virginia, and wanted to run the A/C off of the gen. The generator
started, ran a few minutes, A/C gets turned on, a few minutes later,
when the compressor should come on, the generator dies. Since then, the
generator no longer comes up. It still cranks strong, but no longer starts.

Any hints/tips are greatly appreciated. Oil is in (from last year), gas
is in.

He needs to determine what is missing. Fuel or ignition. More than likely it is fuel. Once he determines what is missing we can go after that. Also check the oil level as the Onan will shut down if the oil is low.
