I was just dealing with this the other night. Looking to install an aux pump on a gmc. Faucet brand is $60. Like the one that still works on my coach 6 years later. (Probably going to croak now). Way too many options that look the same for as cheap as $20. I did not buy one. I liked the carter 4040 i bought for my old grand wagoneer, but that is too big and noisy and hard to mount for me wanting to use it on gmc as aux.
I did not buy one yet, But need to this week. Hate fuel pumps.

I have installed several Carter 4070 electric pumps, including one on my
1969 Dodge Pickup that has been in service since about 1986. I have one on
my coach as well. Good pumps.

Amen.
When I was a kid, the cheap stuff came from Japan. Then Taiwan. Then Korea. Then China. Then Vietnam.
Where next?

USA. only poor quality, not price. If we wanted to build a Nuclear Power
plant here today, we would have to buy the steel and other exotic metals
offshore. No longer made here.
