Hope I'm describing what I think that I want. The two outlet box that was on the last generation of the GMC A/C system.

I have never seen what you mean in a GMC, but if you mean an in-floor duplex receptacle box,
Try a Raco 6500NI-5. They aren't cheap.

I hope that is what you want.

I think what you are looking for is the double outlet that is located just above the floor on the 75 and 76 coaches?

Yes, the double outlet box is what I would like to have. Still working ob improving interior A/C.

Getting return air into the blower box is a little less than half the battle. By the time the cold air gets around all the restrictions to get to the dash vents, it is just a trickle.

You need to add some more direct paths from the evaporator to the passenger compartment like Dave Markus did. http://www.bdub.net/gmc-faq.html search the page for "markus".

If a large hole is cut in the firewall in the 75 or 76 coach and the outside air is blocked off a lot of air comes out of those 2 vents. In my case it feels like 3 times as much . Very often my wife tells me I'm freezing her out. At any rate it makes a big difference.
