Installed my new TB's and let me say they are strong. I have the screw backed all the way off and I still have
15 1/2" at top of front hole and thats after setting the back at the right height. I tried to index the pork chop so it was hanging down from bracket about 2" like the manual said best it comes out at 3", but there really is no other setting than put the lever end of the pork chop up in the bracket. From the get go you only have 6 60 degree choices. Test driving for about 10 miles made no difference and I felt a new vibration, I'm guessing the inner CV joint or whatever it's called is way out of alignment with level. I do have the adjustable pork chops I took off of the other ones. I'm in no way complaining about these new TB's just want to get it right and take advantage of their strenghth. I had the other ones maxed out with the adjustable pork chops to get minimal height.
