The happy fantasy that someday??? I would make my 77-78 Palm Beach a gorgeous motorhome as have many of you guys - - is coming to a close and someday is not in my cards - it seems. It is sitting in storage in San Diego for a very long time now. It is all original I believe - but bought it years ago 2nd hand so can't swear to that - i have changed nothing. I have just put on 6 new tires; and engine and house batteries - but reading your warnings - i am not sure we should even try to start it up.... Bottom line - and making the story short now - I need to sell it....very reluctantly- as one hates to give up cherished dreams - no matter how unrealistic... No idea right now how to price it...an RV guy /repairer type is looking at it - n says it has a great type engine and V expensive generator as well. Interior is in a lot of poor appearance status right now - I will get that cleaned up but???. I am not in San Diego now. drstretchgmc@juno.com

Price it by checking out the comparables on craigslist and Ebay.
