I'm starting a long overdue audit of the list. I'm going to first email all
those with addresses asking if they want to continue or if they need to
update their information.

Simultaneously, I want to contact every person who does not have an email
address. There around 200 of those. I've split that list into 5 groups. I
believe I have volunteers to handle Canada, Northeast, and Southeast.

I need a couple of volunteers for the Northwest and Southwest groups. There
around 45 entries in each one.

Let me know if you've got the time and inclination to help make the list
more worthwhile by being more up to date.

The folks that do not respond to email will need to be contacted by phone as
well, but that will come a few days later.

I intend to do this annually from now on to keep it fresh.
