Hi - is there anyone that is towing this vehicle or had any 'interaction' with it.

Thanks

Les,

"this vehicle" seems sort of ambiguous. :-)

Written as a sub title on the web based forum: "Jeep Compass Sport"

This "sub title" only shows in the list view of the on-line forum, not email or the unread messages view. Shocked

Not something that should be used if you want most of the forum to see it.

I looked up on FMCA towing guides and the compass is towable but only in the Manual transmission version, the automatic is NOT. I did;t see any year listed but I check 2012 thru 2014 guides. You would have to use a tow dolly for the automatic version.

Hi - I think I have been told that when I have posted other times. And as usual I forgot it.

Thanks

Hi - I did see that in the towing guide. We have found that the Compass comes with manual door locks and manual windows, as standard. Apparently those items can be special ordered.
I am trying to gather as much info as I can before I talk with a dealer. I have another post 'further up the line' that explains what we are trying to accomplish.

Thanks
Les
