I have received quite a few commitments from my GMC friends to purchase the
new Torsion Bar set. However I could not come up to the value of 40 sets as
of today. If any of you are still interested to commit to a set of new,
stronger Torsion bars I might be able to negotiate with the manufacturer a
deal with lower amounts of production for the same price. The price will be
$ 800.00 plus shipping cost.

I had nothing but good satisfactory replies who bought the previous 30 set
of T.Bs.

The present T.B. will be the same as before, stronger by 19% and the hex
will be extended 1" per Ken Henderson's recommendation..

There will be no sales tax, since Jim Hupy will take over and drop ship out
of Oregon.

If you want a set of new Torsion Bars let me know now. Contact me directly
for your commitment on or before October 10, 2014.

I will participate at the GMCWS Fall Rally in Manteca, CA (Oct. 1-6, 2014)
And you can also talk to me regarding the new stronger Torsion Bars.

This will be my the final attempt to round up GMC friends with Torsion Bar
problems, I am getting old, have a schedule for a total knee replacement and
other health issues.

Greeting to all you great GMCers.

Best regards

Peter D. Huber

Peter,
Do you, or anyone, have the shipping weight for the bars? If this is known, prospective buyers could estimate their total cost for a set (inc me).

Thanks,
John

It cost me about 110$ to have mine shipped from California to upstate New York for the last set that has to be the close to the farthest. When I say upstate NY I mean 40 miles from Montreal Canada
