My Onan 6000 is leaking oil at what appears to be the rear (closest to the coach) side of the drawer. It takes a while to heat up, but soon it is pouring. If there is a rear oil seal, I think that is were it is leaking. Otherwise the generator starts and runs and produces electricity.

My desire is to take this someplace and have it fixed. The Cummins dealer says they'll fix it, but I could probably buy a new coach for what they'd charge. My regular auto mechanic says he is not good with small engines (in other words he doesn't want to fool with it).

I have a recommendation for a company called Diversified Power in Stockbridge, GA. Anyone ever heard of this guy or have any comments. I have no reason not to trust him except that I don't know him. Horror stories abound on this and other forums about using the "unknown".

I think this is a job for a mechanic - not necessarily an Onan technician. Any thoughts or suggestions before I mortgage the farm for this fix?

Stick -

Diversified Power Systems. Lennie and Susie Golinski. They're in Stockbridge, 4zero4-50two-893nine, lennie's cell is -89four0. If Lennie can't fix it, it ain't broken. 124 Sharon Drive, Stockbridge.
