The only way to tell for sure about alignment of your rear wheels is to drive or back straight onto a level parking surface. That will unload both bogies. Now check all four for frame parallel. If one on a given side is not frame parallel while the other is, then that arm is bent and needs to be rebent to bring it back to frame parallel. If both are out the same direction and by the same amount you can loosen the bogie mount and shim it to bring them both back to frame parallel. They both should be very close to zero camber or a little tire in at the top by the same amount of camber - one degree or so but no more than three degrees with the coach set a factory ride height front and rear.
When you turn while parking, either going forward or backward the arms will flex and the tires will look cockeyed. That is normal and expected.
