G'day,

I got the email below from an old workmate of mine. I had never seen it before nor heard of an AED machine so I figger'd I'd forward
it to the GMCnet in case there were others like me.

We have all walked by the Red Cross sign in airports indicating where the heart machine is located.

Do you know what is in them and how to use it?

Watch this video. If you pick the wrong choice-the man dies-choose wisely. You may save a life.

Susie and I just took a class on this subject.
Good idea if you have a chance to take a class on CPR and AED

Great information for everyone to see. Hopefully you never need to use it, but I think we'd all feel safer if more people know about these devices and how to use them.

Would be an excellent class to hold at International rallies. Red Cross in most places would be happy to provide instructors.

Hi there...

In the all of 2011, the GMCMI board voted on purchasing an AED. At the
2012 Spring Convention in Shawnee, Oklahoma 20 of our members
attended CPR training and AED training and are certified.

Our plan is to hold CPR training and AED training classes at one of our
conventions every two years.

Thank you!
