The asking price is $1,000.00

The owner is Damon Richards. He is not mechanically inclined and he does not have "DEEP POCKETS". He thinks he is only the second owner and the previous owner was an oil man in NM (probably the original purchaser).

If interested call him at eight zero 6 - seven 9 zero - fifty five ten for additional information

TZE 166 V 100067 This number would appear to be an early 1976 therefore it would not have the 1976 upgrades.

Odometer 85711

The interior appears to be original but needs a lot of work (at least the headliner) and the floorplan is probably original.

Last registration was in 2007 New Mexico 2822 RVJ.

Mr. Richards has not been able to transfer the title into his name as Texas requires an out of state vehicle must be inspected before it can be transferred and he has not been able to have that done.

It has been repainted at some time in the past. It does not look like any GMC original paint scheme (no stripes) that I have seen. Some what of an updated scheme. About three shades of green starting with a dark green similar to OD Green and two other lighter shades of green. Paint will probably buff out.

It has original steel wheels and old tires.

It is currently at a local repair shop.
The shop indicated to me that it needed an ignition switch and it had some other electrical problems.
They also told me that they found it parked at their shop and when they jumped the switch they got it to start but it had low oil pressure and appeared to have an engine knock.
They did not drive it so they do not know the condition of the transmission or the final drive.

Mr. Richards indicated that the generator was suppose to be good and functional and he did not know of any roof leaks.

The roof appears to have had some prior leaks sealed up.

The owner is going to take some pictures and send them to me in a few days. When I receive the pictures I will post them to the photo site and link them to the GMCnet posting.

Good write up Bob. Yes, a very early model with a probable Build Date
in July 1975. Also, new to the Registry!
