For a "reality check" on the cost vs value of things with wheels, just take
a stroll through any RV dealer and look at Pleasure Way or Sprinter based
mini motorhomes. Be near a bench or chair when you price them. The base
price on a Marathon without interior is a million- two hundred thousand
just for the Prevost Chassis. So, 75 to 100k for a GMC today, if it were
made, wouldn't be too far off the mark. Not to say that the value is there,
just the price.

I flew through the video, but you probably be at that price on paying
someone else to restore a coach to that level. It did look nicely done and
clean. If I had to guess, It looks like a coop job??
