The engine needs work and will need to be pulled. I hate to let it go, but I don't think I will ever get around to this project. It is located in Benbrook, Texas.
The Good:
455 with headers
Custom 110/12v power center with circuit breakers
15K BTU heat pump
3 fantastic fans with rain sensors
ProSine 3000 watt inverter (can run fridge off the inverter while driving)
300 Amp alternator (not a typo)
Sully Airbags (2015)
Electric Wipers (2015)
Howell Electronic Fuel Injection with EBL and USB adapter for laptop hook up (2013)
Dual Exhaust gas temp sensor and gauge (2015)
Legless awning ($1,800, this is an awesome looking awning and very easy for one person to setup)
Norcold 3-way fridge
1200 watt microwave
7 Alcoa wheels
Beautiful Cinnabar leather like headliner
Pergo flooring
Upholstery is in good condition
Full size memory foam rear bed with lift up storage underneath
Custom dash
AM/FM DVD player w/amplifier and large sub-woofer under sofa
Winstar TV Antenna w/signal booster
Roof mounted CB Antenna
Roof mounted AM/FM antenna
Fluorescent interior lights
LED clearance lights (2015)
High output headlights (2015)
6-wheel disk brakes (TSM conversion)
Ragusa Step
Ragusa transmission pan
Storage pod
Ladder and rails
New fuel lines above tanks, sender seals and fill connectors (fuel tanks dropped and inspected 2015, they look perfect inside)
New door catch latch (much easier to close)
Custom window valances
Day/Night shades
Tinted windows
Ramco Power mirrors
Drink dispenser w/in-line filter
Full size kitchen faucet with pull out sprayer
Furnace works great
Thru the bumper hitch
New spare tire cover
Stainless hot water tank
Stainless steel air bag tank
Hadley air horns
The bad:
About 4,000 miles on rebuilt engine (2014) but has a failed rod bearing on cylinder #5
Generac 6K generator, but currently won't start
It has a Macerator, but it was damaged when I moved it to its current spot
2 tires are at 5 years old and should be replaced
1 tire has heavy wear and should be replaced
Dash A/C needs work, it blows "cool" air but not cold
Paint is showing its age, looks good from a distance but not so good up close
The engine is currently running, but has a bad rod bearing on cylinder #5. So the engine will need to be pulled and fixed. It has less than 4,000 miles on a rebuild.

The previous owner had the alternator custom wound so it could drive that big 3K inverter. He ran some monster 000 cable from the house batteries to the inverter. I wish I could find the paperwork for that, but it's gone missing. He did all the electrical updates at the same time.
The awning was a special purchase arranged by a GMC owner in Canada from a company in Europe. It was a major effort to get those awnings shipped to the US. I did it as part of a group purchase (maybe 10+ years ago?). It is the perfect awning for a GMC, but I don't even remember who makes them.
