I bought a Birch screen door a few months ago and attempting to install it I discovered my entrance door had a serious problem with where the bottom hinge attached. It was bad enough that I had to reinforce the door with a piece of 1/8 inch steel. Well now I finally got to the point of installing the Birch screen door and discovered that the steel has made me grind down the bolt heads on the bottom hinge to get the door to close without binding. This has made it impossible to install the birch screen door. The door has new screen materiel that I installed. So sadly I am going to sell the Birch Screen door for what I paid for it plus shipping cost. If you pick it up it would save the boxing and shipping cost which I am sure will not be cheap since this door is one piece. Also included is a set of longer hinge pins you will need with bushings and the trim molding I got from Applied. $620 + shipping unless you pick it up. PM me if you are interested. I am in zip 32033 near St Augustine, FL.
