If anybody is interested. . .
This is an Eemax model EX2412 - West Marine 1677368 (it is a current model)
Please read the specifications, the temperature rise varies with flow, and it does not heat at the showers dribble flow rate.
Specifications are available at:
http://www.eemaxinc.com/images/rvmarinespecs.pdf
It was removed from an owner's boat because he asked me to install an engine heat/electric unit.
It is complete, but I have no documentation.
If anybody here wants it, I will put it in a Priority Mail box as soon as I get a check. (Tracking and confirmation would be extra.)
When I get tired of waiting for a reply, it goes on E-bay opening at 100+shipping.

It is a "tankless" water heater, just not a very sophisticated one.
When water flows through it at more than 0.5 GPM, it gets 2.4Kw (8200BTU)/hr of heat added to it.
