Steve W,
Dave's mid-axle brakes has a mounting point for a small caliper to be a parking brake. The last info I had was it will be hydraulic with a small spring-loaded master cylinder to operate it.

I don't have any info as to whether it works as required or whether it would pass regulations as a legal parking braking.

I have just installed an Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) system designed by Albert Branscombe. It has held on any incline I've been able to test it on. Next week we plan on officially testing it on a 15% grade. I'll let you know how that goes.
