Well it seems that both mr Stowers and Mr Sharpe did not include pics of the Telescopic feature. Seems I didn't take pics of the ones I've built. The upper column is different and you will need a different lock ring compressor tool for telescopic feature. When you change upper shaft at the knuckle joint be sure and keep index mark in the same place. There are pictures and take down instructions in all Cadillac manuals.
