To ALL

I am again trying to make sense of a particular portion of GMC MH history. It deals with a document that was included in the shipped Motorhome to the dealer, often the dealer kept or removed this document when sold to the customer. My guess is that maybe 10% were left with the coach which makes it difficult to find one. The document is sometimes called "Truck/TVS production & Shipping Order", its format changed a few (several) times during the production period which again makes it difficult to follow, e.g.dates, mo-day-year & year-day-mo used on the SAME sheet. I should also note that "TVS" was an early designation for the Motorhome, we believe it meant "Travel Vehicle Streamlined".

Description:
There are usually 2 sheets, often yellow sometimes white in color. They usually list all options, sometimes the price of the option and other details (this is NOT the invoice from the dealer).

If you are sending one for a 1973 please include the last four of the TZE since it may be blank on these forms (same as the glove box sticker).

I just got another great idea, If you have not sent me your Gemini build sheet (1973-74) or your Service Parts Info. (glove Box sticker) please send me a copy of that as well.

Many thanks, after all these years we are still finding out/understanding new information.
Please send copies to GMCdotbill at gmaildotcom

Bill, is this what we used to call a 'broadcast sheet' or something else? I've found the on top of the glove box and on top of the gas tank in other makes/models but never in a GMC.

Similar, although it seems to address shipping content more than a process document. The GMC form description seems to be "Production & Shipping Order. The list of options usually have a check mark next to them indicating someone has checked and confirmed the item installed, don't know if was before shipment or at the dealer. The few copies I have are often "Dealer copy" sheets.

The Gemini Vehicle Traveler (broascast) sheets (1973-74) are sometimes found behind the frig or near the water tank.
