I had a neighbor who moved a few years ago and gave me a bunch of these 'assortment' boxes. Orings, spring pins, Speedometer gears, a whole bunch of stuff. I expect it's all offshore made and the orings are very likely Chinese made. No reason that they should not work fine however. Next time I'm at HF, I'll look and see if they have any better fits for that fat inside ring.
